Refund policy
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for wine once it has been delivered, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours at hungerhillvineyard@icloud.com if there is any issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
We will resolve this as quickly as possible.
Cancellations (Online Orders)
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
Wine Tastings & Events
Bookings for wine tastings and events are refundable if cancelled at least 7 days before the tasting date.
For cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice, we are happy to offer:
- a rescheduled date (subject to availability), or
- a credit/voucher to use towards a future booking or wine purchase
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for late cancellations or non-attendance.
If your plans change, we encourage you to let us know as early as possible and we’ll always do our best to help.

Wine Club Membership
Wine club memberships are non-refundable once a shipment has been processed.
If you wish to make changes to your membership, please contact us before your next shipment.
Age Restriction
By placing an order, you confirm that you are aged 18 or over. We reserve the right to request proof of age upon delivery.
